First person to tell me what this is and why it’s important gets a hug

A circuit board 🫂

This was my next guess 😌🤙

It’s a magnification device to see small stuff better 🫂

A verrrryyy tiny comb 👍

A picture?

something i hate having to deal with at work.

Hmm, tiny PCB, little logic chip

Idk

Hash board

A magnifying lens, it's important because makes things bigger.

There's no markings on the chip, but we do know its a 14 pin chip. If you send a current on one pin at a time and read the other pins with an ohms reader, you can at least map out the internal connections. I'll have to think of how to look up chips by internal connections from there.

What might be easier, if you could tell us where you got this board from, we could probably look up the board on the internet and figure it out that way

This would be easy to confirm 7400 or not. Testing pin to pin really requires desoldering to make sure you get accurate readings from your multimeter though.

How do you know its a 7400 series?

I can't read it either. Just a guess since that is a super common 14 pin chip.
