This was to prevent them from getting a 5G new virus. The last 5G upgrade from a couple years ago didn't work as expected, so a new one is rolling out. Not everyone likes fifth generation wireless technology. #5Gupgrades

I have 5g turned off on my iPhone.

Gets super hot and burns the battery, speed improvement isn’t needed either.
