A girl has no gains...
...yet, but she will. Lily was a good girl and got up for the gym this morning. she was not able to get Goddess to accompany her, so no reward, but getting healthier for her Goddess is reward enough.
Lily did her 5x5 program today and looked very pretty in the mirror with her collar and purple hair, which matches the gym's decor quite nicely. she backed off her weight levels a bit because she had been struggling where they were at due to twinges in her right knee and being at the very limit of what she can handle with some of the lifts. This will allow Lily to make daily gym trips as Goddess commanded without injuring herself and comfortably and safely progress to her previous weight levels and beyond.
After exercising herself, Lily went to get drinks in case her Goddess was thirsty. Walking into the store, she wished that she had worn the Vibe t-shirt she got yesterday when a cute girl wearing the same shirt passed her and exclaimed "I really like your hair!" This girl was delighted by the positive attention and reported it to her Goddess as soon as she was back to the car. Lily loves being a bright and beautiful reflection of her Goddess' love and care, and she will work to be a healthier one as well.
