Crazy, ain't it? It is just 5 minutes, but my mind will kick and scream some days. Try tricking it. Focus on the sunset and your breath for 5 minutes. When thoughts pop up, gently guide your awareness back to the sunset and breath. This might be harder cos your eyes are open, or easier. Either way, you watch a sunset haha

Oh, I was planning on just laying down and closing my eyes. You have to stare into the sun for it to work?

You can do whatever you want lol point is just pay attention to your breath for 5 minutes if you're breathing then it is working
