I felt like I needed to take my health back, I was eating to much processed junk, especially at night. Embarrassingly fist full of chocolates were the usual, with 1-3 weekly trips to McDonald's 6 months ago. I have been cutting back but unable to resist temptation.

You are my peer network, more importantly I feel we are all like minded and want to see everyone succeed here. Not everything can be valued in sats, I treasure each and everyone of you that make this place better. nostr:note1qzxet2sc0rehcy5xd6n86tdvqgmx4g5mh892dm9dvu6a5a3jagqsds6pe9

You can do it! Junk food is engineered to be addictive, just like cigarettes. People quit smoking all the time. You can quit junk food. One day you’ll wake up and you will have already eaten your very last french fry.
