The volume to sell sats for EURs is non-existent so far :(
Almost a year ago, I proposed a Nostr NIP to create a large liquidity pool for Bitcoin P2P orders on Nostr.
The idea is to have a standard (or an attempt at one) that, as more platforms implement it, allows end users to have a single place to search for the order that best suits them and, from there, navigate to the platform where the chosen order is located.

A couple of months ago, nostr:nprofile1qy28wue69uhnzv3h9cczuvpwxyargwpk8yhsz9nhwden5te0v4jx2m3wdehhxarj9ekxzmny9uqzqezksxuaqea35d3vf0hgmhleslfyvm2fjpwzdju0a30xlde67hyy4z0nef created this very useful P2P dashboard where we can see all the orders that meet this standard.
I believe the more P2P orders published here, the greater the benefit for users and the platforms themselves, as end users are directed to the option that best fits their needs.

You can create your own orders with the rate that suits your needs
I'm worried about the privacy in such systems. "Trade with people I follow" sounds great but I wouldn't want the general public to know who I trade with and what and how much and when exactly and ... how private are these?

I would love to "trade with people I follow" but am reluctant to ask random people to send fiat to my bank account. Mostro feels very rough still. I got my bank account into trouble before and would prefer to use something tried and tested and not be the pioneer this time. And Mostro feels very early days. https://mostro.network/ has no "login with nostr" or anything to get started. Only "read the docs". These tell you to "Open any Mostro client" as if there were many but then the list is short. Mostro Web sounds like what I want to get a feel for it but https://mostro.network/docs-english/mostro-web.html links to two instances, one of which is offline and the other greets me with "Sorry, no orders!"? So if I want to try it out I will be a pioneer as nobody else appears to be trying it out?
of course, Mostro is not ready yet, we are working to have a well tested and secure version to be used, right now we have a Mobile client but is in alpha stage, not recommended for end users
