On Nostr content moderation is decentralized, different relays can allow different content, same for different clients. This is different from Twitter, where 1 entity decides for everyone what is allowed or not.

Content moderation, or censorship as you call it will always exist, if you don’t like it use a different relay, different client or build your own.
