Ok so I’m genuinely curious what are you eating? What’s working for you?
Beef, butter, eggs, salt, and some fish. I'd also eat lamb and goat if they were available. Venison has been on the menu at times, too.
I've lost a lot of weight and feel a lot better. I still have more to lose, but, I've learned enough to keep it off this time and that's the most important thing.

I can’t have so much protein nor sodium so I am close to a very Mediterranean diet.
That's an interesting set of dietary restrictions.

That makes sense. It would take a while for your body to adapt to the changes. As much as I would like my mom to try a carnivore diet, get kidneys are in too poor a condition to feasibly handle the switch to a high-protein and fat diet.
