Yes, npub.cash will only post a zap receipt after the zap is done.

However:

- zap providers can publish fake zap receipts

- people could zap themselves using different npubs

the top two zaps to my note above are from semisol who claims he faked it

hard for me to verify since the npub cash wallet page does not list zap history
