A bit light to be a declaration I think. no mention of constitutional process or actual steps. It sounds more like the case for why Alberta should sperate more than the steps to how.

Just an opinion piece to get people thinking……first steps in a long process. Can’t get bogged down in the legalities of the process until there’s been a true determination of whether or not there is an appetite for it.
