It's so because their septic systems aren't made for mounds and mounds of TP. You sn probably flush the first but it TP you use if it's completely destroyed 😂 but the follow up TP used to finish cleaning can be put in the trash can. It seems gross. I get it. It's just not what we're used to at all.
