Where do I find it? I keep losing the green check despite having Always selected

There's a green check so i presume i'm authorized but the logs show connections are refused. Worse when the green check is on i can't even force auth'ing again
I'm also constantly losing my setting to Dark mode. Just cleared the local cache and it turned back to Light mode, is that app-specific event only stored locally?
