Just workout everyday in January. Walking and light stuff counts

I'm in. Kempo, yoga, and weights are my routine. 2025 is for getting in shape.

I LOVE THIS

Hell yeah. I've been doing martial arts for years but I had to take the first half of this year off. Doing yoga regularly will be the new thing for me. It's been kinda on and off my whole life.

Share what you do for it, we have walkers, lifters, interval trainers but you'll be the first with martial arts and yoga. Will be cool to see
