First impression:

The all caps make PlebOne read more like PleBone.

The fist reminds me of the protest fist symbol we see often - it's not quite the same one, but I don't know if you mean to link to those movements or their agendas.

I like it overall. The key is fitting.

Yeah, to be honest I’m not fond of all caps either. And know you ruined the fist for me…lol, I was focused on the key.

The bottom line in all caps works fine, words people know.

Something like this, a different position entirely might work.
