Dynamic lightning LSPs
Idea:
You don't have static lightning channels through LSPs. When you want to send sats, you just ask for a quote. Then you get a popup of options to send your money through different LSPs with its fees.
This could increase competitiveness. Also would give more flexibility.

I don't understand. LSP's have an on-chain setup cost. What you are suggesting implies that this is a negligible cost which it is not.
No. I don't suggest it is negligable. Also I am not talking about a how. It is more like a "what". Might not be possible.
I rather tried to come from a user perspective in this idea.
I think I heard a sub-utxo idea, where multiple people can create a subutxo, that can be combined together to make one utco to make onchain fees smaller. But it requires some trust I think. But this might be a direction for this idea I have here.
This already happens for tx fees automatically in the background, your client picks the cheapest route. But this doesn't happen for LSPs because switching LSPs requires an on-chain transaction. I agree that this will be a cool feature to have eventually, when people may be connected to multiple LSPs, IIRC zeus supports multiple LSPs at once.
True, I was thinking more "pay as you go" structure.
But at the end, I could also argue, that starting with a custodial solution to get understanding, then moving to non-custodial is also a good path. Because maybe making such solutions might sacrifice something important.
