However, the WiFi button still has the same behavior as before, it opens the pop-up selector where you have to click again to turn it on/off.

Same problem here. I try to use RF as little as possible and it's just annoying.

Vitor, in that same regard I'd like to use Nostr with a more offline approach.

E.g. like I would read a newspaper in the morning.

Automatically caching my following list of the last 24h (no videos).

It should work offline just fine as long as you don't kill the app. Amethyst will cache everything locally and sync later. Especially true if you use with Citrine.

How far back is it loading posts?

Right now, the last 200 including replies. I switched it to 500 and then it loads your old posts.

Is that configurable e.g. 500/1000 or 12h/24h or would that put too much pressure on relays?

24h being "daily newspaper mode"

That would be awesome. I hope to see this feature in more clients nostr:npub1yzvxlwp7wawed5vgefwfmugvumtp8c8t0etk3g8sky4n0ndvyxesnxrf8q nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg

+1

✈️ = single click (until one-click wifi turn-off patch/fix)

Not really as it ties WiFi and mobile.

I permanently disabled mobile (because it's the sane thing to do outside of an emergency situation). That means I already use the airplane mode and can not repurpose it for WiFi.

Auto wifi off also works like a charm in case one might forget to turn off wifi manually

Wow! nostr:nprofile1qqst0mtgkp3du662ztj3l4fgts0purksu5fgek5n4vgmg9gt2hkn9lqpypmhxue69uhkummnw3ezuetfde6kuer6wasku7nfvuh8xurpvdjj7qgwwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkctcpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuct60fsk6mewdejhgtc3dn6yh I did not realize it! The need of it I agree with you! However, Id rather choose to unconnect wifi since 1min not detecting signal of it. Well, just preferences!

I like your point, Max! 🙌

There's already a settings for this.

Settings > security and privacy > exploit protection > turn off WiFi/Bluetooth automatically.

While you are on a different profile from the owner one, the phone numbers you have just blocked in owner profile seems not to be blocked when you are using other profiles.

Summing up:

You blocked certain phone numbers in owner profile.

You move onto other profiles.

While you are on them, you can see those numbers entry calls even if you have already blocked them in owner profile.

That is getting me really pissed off cause I cannot block these entry calls since I am navigating in other profiles different from the owner one.

Yes. There is full encryption between the different users, so I don't think it's possible to communicate across profiles for stuff like this.

Maybe disable phone app on the second user?

Yeah, there no other option! Thank you Max!! Big hug!!

Sounds like expected upstream Android behavior that GrapheneOS kept for compatibility. From a privacy angle the unified network panel is nice, but I also miss a 1 tap WiFi kill switch.

+1 for the single WiFi button nostr:nprofile1qqstnr0dfn4w5grepk7t8sc5qp5jqzwnf3lejf7zs6p44xdhfqd9cgsppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qywhwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnzd96xxmmfdejhytnnda3kjctv9ulj6hdh
