A lot of extreme libertarians take this position without being paedophiles. It doesn't mean that he isn't one and it's obviously not a good look but I've seen other people come to this conclusion and then eventually back away from it as their political position matures. RMS has said some similar things. Ideological purity is a hell of a drug.
I also heard a story supporting the claim that he has sex with minors.
His ideological support of 'freedom' for freedoms sake can be defended ideologically, but it's worth noting that this position doesn't surface much with him. His silence about the lockdowns being one example.
Motivated reasoning. He stands on a libertarian platform when it suits him and ignores it the rest of the time.
Yeah, this reminds me, he's *still* masking on planes in 2024 so anything else aside covid definitely sent him insane.
