Cartels have better digital infrastructure than the majority of “tracking” organizations. How do I know? My cousins were hostages in 2023. They kidnapped a whole hotel and installed themselves with doctors, hackers etc. in some floor to get the money from all the families. Gladly they’re alive!

Yeah don’t mess with the new cartel of a city I am not mentioning. They stripped the hostages and made video calls, it’s a miracle that my cousin (female) wasn’t raped or something.
