Iām reporting and blocking them, but it is probably not effective

Paying for each message at @SN is interesting. I wonder what would be more effective but also accepted by real users.
Big transaction means limitations for many users and wasting timechain space.
My relay implementation supports this but I fear it would be too much of a ux issue, and it requires on a balance mechanism within the relay
