What is the best approach to prevent spam bots on #nostr?

#[1]​ works nice → you have to pay at least something to post.

Or are the paid relays the way?🤔

My relay implementation supports this but I fear it would be too much of a ux issue, and it requires on a balance mechanism within the relay
