Are they just using whisper?
Just FYI, every web browser has built-in text-to-speech and speech-to-text. It's not fancy but it's kind of a deep cut nobody seems to know about (and it's free). https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Speech_API
