Technical frens - I see relays seeming to come and go offline as kind of a constant, random stream. What’s causes this? What are the determining factors for a relay staying up or crashing?

I have two paid relays and whittled down my free relays to abot 10. Less is more. Find good relays that work for your location and don’t be afraid to pay for a few.

Same mentality here, I’ve got only wine as paid and try to keep the others free to a minimum. Perhaps I don’t know what is great but for me it’s been working just fine.
