I have a Lightning channel that the other side disabled. I cannot close channel without a force close. Why and how would you disable a channel?
And how do I close gracefully, or do I have to force close?

I had a lightning node that died with several open channels. I’m too stupid to figure out how to reconstruct it on a new pi. Sorry to my channel partners. But I lost 45k sats.
