So just like there's the Texan Drawl, the slow, drawn out way of speaking English, are there other languages that have speakers that just take their time and speak nice and slow as a dialect?

I was just thinking about Spanish and how most speakers are usually pretty quick about it. I'm wondering if there are any languages that are naturally slow.

Regional dialects of Spanish can be slower.

Mexican and especially Cuban dialects can be very very fast.

Colombian and Spain dialects are often slower. I dont have much more Spanish experience than that, but once you learn the language, you start to notice the difference in speed.

The Texas drawl though is unique from my understanding.
