Here is where circumcision and not are an inward matter of behavior and not a show of righteousness.

---

Rom 2:25-29 KJV For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.

26. Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?

27. And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?

28. For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

29. But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God...

As I was incarcerated more than 20 years ago I read the whole Bible and I realized that many who preach against and many who preach for have not in fact read the words of God. Now, again, I see the same again of his apostles I see also strict fairness and kindness by delivering the keys to freedom.

I'm still not cutting mine. I'm pleased with it. 🤭

The scriptures make it clear that as Christians it is not important because the covenant is within and not for show. So if it is your culture to circumcise or not to circumcize that doesn't matter but if you behave like an animal without your focus on God you're circumcision is meaningless. If you behave as God would want with your focus on him then you are considered circumcised (following the covenant) regardless of superficial appearance.

Instead of making things up based on "science" I like to go to the scripture where all the answers are. The New Testament is based on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for all making. Following him we are saved. By engaging in lofty practices for or against other men we lose focus.
