Man does not evolve by altering their existent body type. It is rather built over very long periods of time by God Himself and his hierarchies. One day nostr will be ready for such sensible discussions. So far I haven't found the crowd with such interests. The rule of correspondence means that what you do on the physical plain affects your core part in the higher worlds. Then again, where I'm from this is not standard practice, maybe people near Palestine have a different interpretation on altering the foreskin.

The practices and laws of Gentiles is just as important as the practices and laws of a Jews as long as they are not against the other.
In other words we are baptized by the Holy Spirit and are made clean. A man who is not circumcised and a man circumcised are both holy by the grace of Jesus Christ.
Most males in my area are circumcised as a medical matter. It's optional but highly recommended.
I would get my son circumcised because I'm circumcised. I haven't been scarred from the process. If it is not your tradition then it is not important. If you are changing something because of the influence of philosophers then you are making a mistake. If your wife or husband has a tradition of circumcision of the males then it's wise to follow this practice. If both parents do not have this practice then that is different.
A lot of nonsense liberal grooming world have you reject the practice. Again, I would read the Bible and try to understand God's law and works instead of the works of the opposition, Satan, who will try to fool you into Hell over the vanity of your penis.
Discussion
That's the point of Paul to his fellow Christians is that circumcisions are not to be the deciding factor in salvation. The same goes for food. If food is offered to a pagan God it is not to be eaten but if it is just the cultural food then Jesus clearly stated that it is not what goes in the mouth that makes men unclean but what comes out of the mouth.
Circumcision is a practice that is in some places and is not in some places. Egyptians or People of the Land of Khem practiced this and it is a seal covenant with Jews.
Protestants may do it just to differentiate from Catholics. I don't know. I have been told that it is a lot easier to have an orgasm without a circumcision so that may be a factor.
My dick has been with me circumcised for 55 years. It doesn't complain. I've had friends tell me about Irish songs about the foreskin.

Certainly it is not important to me whether one is or is not but my son if I did not have a daughter would have been circumcised.
I'm also not on the evolution train of thought. Man was made in God's image. I no longer believe that modern humans have been around 50,000 years. I'm leaning towards 15,000 max. The Earth is not so old, either.
I also believe that God will give me everything I need to be happy and have a good life. I also believe that as long as we are interesting and good God will delay the apocalypse but if we continue on our wicked path we should expect evolution to be that mildest of worries.

As I was incarcerated more than 20 years ago I read the whole Bible and I realized that many who preach against and many who preach for have not in fact read the words of God. Now, again, I see the same again of his apostles I see also strict fairness and kindness by delivering the keys to freedom.
I'm still not cutting mine. I'm pleased with it. 🤭
The scriptures make it clear that as Christians it is not important because the covenant is within and not for show. So if it is your culture to circumcise or not to circumcize that doesn't matter but if you behave like an animal without your focus on God you're circumcision is meaningless. If you behave as God would want with your focus on him then you are considered circumcised (following the covenant) regardless of superficial appearance.
Instead of making things up based on "science" I like to go to the scripture where all the answers are. The New Testament is based on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for all making. Following him we are saved. By engaging in lofty practices for or against other men we lose focus.
