Any remedies for a sore throat and very raspy/deep voice? I tried to saranade with some Barry White, but it didn't work.

There is a runny nose involved as well.

Cut all dairy and I'm sure someone on here has some wonderful concoction to suggest but good old "throat coat" tea works pretty good I always have some around.
