Advising everyone (unless im also a woman) to exist on internet as a nym is a solution, not only for trolls and fuckheads but also protecting yourself from many different threats like corrupt government. Not perfect but something.

You can put your face out there, having a penis or a vag. Someone will love you and make beautiful memes for you and someone else will hate your guts and harass you. The more people see you, the more hate will come. Not everyone is nice. Sorry I dont think being reasonable is part of a problem but thats my opinion. Not everyone will agree.
