I have something similar designed and looking for someone to fabricate for me.

I had my neighbor do it. You may be able to see that 1/8" steel warped the first time I did a burn.
The part that is leaking where the water goes in, I welded. The rest is perfect. That part not so much.
Nice set up. What are you going to charge it with? Chicken manure?
I've used urine, worm castings extract, kelp extract...I've been working on nettle and comfrey teas and extracts lately. Will try those as well.
I would have loved to have seen a video of the bottom quench. How big was the steam cloud?
