For two decades now, I’ve been an advocate for remineralized distilled water, though I’ve never actually owned a distiller. I’m beyond excited to finally have a Waterwise 4000 on its way, and I think it’s going to fit perfectly in the van build.

In the past, I’ve always remineralized distilled water with Himalayan salt. But I have just ordered Scalar Enhanced Transformational Salts from Dr. Gabriel Cousens, and I believe it is going to be a significant upgrade.

Now you've got me curious about the remineralization process. What do the ratios look like? I assume the amounts of salts per liter would be fairly low, right? We don't exactly want to be drinking sea water!
