I don't want a refund and I don't think anyone should ask, we're just starting out, everyone is learning.

I didn't have any problems with wine, which is by far the most stable in my opinion. 🍷
Having issues with relay.nostriches.org? I see your message synced from there. Definitely relays have a ways to go for improving.
For some reason it had been left out in my last maintenance. re-added 🤙
Suggestions
1. Relax its baby nostr world - stability will happen
2. Any relay can have issue paid/free/private
3. All 3 kind of relays are needed for balanced info / interaction
last - active relay management is active job ! check corable relay settings
