I just confirmed they have fixed this issue! Just update your Exodus they fixed it last night.

For all you Trezor One users if you did the latest update on Exodus, there's a known bug that's keeping you from connecting your device and giving you an error. The Official word from Exodus is they are working on a fix use the Trezor Suite until they get it sorted...
