I’ve heard that nostr.wine has some issues with spam (?)
Yeah, I removed nostr.wine from my relay list. Nostr.wine has a filter relay too, but it requires a monthly subscription. I’m primarily just using WoT now.
Who did you hear this from? It’s absolutely false 😂
Can’t remember exactly, but it was mentioned. I didn’t believe it but who am I to say without using it 🤷🏻♂️
nostr.wine is a paid relay - you have to pay to write to it. Spammers aren’t willing to pay. We haven’t had a single one in 2 years.
Scammers have paid for damus purple to try to look legit with the star. Probably going to just make a purple tos and ban them

I’m sure it’s coming to us eventually. We will def ban spammers as it’s against our existing TOS - but good reminder as that needs a rewrite too.
The thing about paid relays is you only get bitcoiner content, for better or worse
