Planted a ton of peppers today. A lot of shishito & jalapeños. A few sweet peppers too. Peppers grow great here, anyone have any value-added ideas? People at the farmers markets can only buy so many peppers from you.

Could you maybe can, freeze-dry or dehydrate and sell online? Peppers never grow great in my backyard, I would be personally interested in supporting a fellow Nostronian who could add some fire to my frozen tundra pantry.
