Why? Ah for obedient sheeps? Maybe.
But who in the right mind will obey such idiotic rules?
At this point in time, with a confiscation of practically 50% or more of the income of the citizens, anyone who would consider complying with the law is simply a covidiotic sheep.
The EU causes way more problems than it solves.
