Stumbled clumsily into the work in my early 50’s at the beginning of Covid. In Costa Rica.
The most brutal, confronting series of nights I could have imagined. Both my wife and I wanted to run as fast and far as we could after the second night. But somehow we knew we had to stay.
It saved our marriage in many respects. And then, over the next 18 months, we returned with our 3 sons. Raw but beautiful. “Humbling” doesn’t even begin to describe it.
The depth of this work is not for “everyone” but it is for “anyone”.
I’ve witnessed so much deep and genuine intergenerational and societal healing in these ceremonies that it just rocks me to the core of my existence.
It gives me a hope for humanity and our combined future that I can only compare to what I sense is emerging with Bitcoin, to be honest.

my guy was traveling.
but traveling from Peru, he knew all the songs and brewed the medicine down there and put it in his luggage 😂

My first time was in a group of about 20. It really depends if the shaman is capable of holding the space for so many.
