It was annoying because it’s not like I’m dying to drink a bunch of water 🤣

When I used to do hard physical labor I got very sick one year. My father took one look at me and said “ it’s salt”

So I took salt tablets in the morning when working in the heat, and it never happened again.

Yeah I ran into that last year, now going in the opposite direction haha
