Nope.

It's a scale issue. Video is too big, requires too much space, too much compute, too much bandwidth, to be served in that style by a distributed, decentralized network without some VERY significant financial remunerative policy that makes sense in this time of collapsing fiat.

It IS possible, as has been showcased by @Zapstream and nostr:npub1z0lcg9p2v5nzg5fycxq0k56ze6snp42clmrafzqpn5w6u74v5x9q708ldk, but I am still skeptical of the ability to scale in a world so distorted by fiat that people can't or won't concede that they need to CONTRIBUTE something of value (in terms of money, preferably real money) in order to get something, instead of mindlessly consuming what is set before them. "Unlimited" internet on mobile is one of the worst things to happen to the internet, IMO, and will only keep getting worse.
