Yes. Since the time I've joined Nostr all I can come across is crypto. I'd make it my go-to social media if it'd diverse spaces like literature, music, politics and ofcourse shit posting.
What’s great about Nostr is that the twitter like experience is only the tip of the iceberg. The hive mind works in a weird way, but I am amazed by how fast it works.
Yes. It is mainly an echo chamber talking about Bitcoin and Nostr at this stage, but diversity is coming.
A few things to check to start to grasp the extent of Nostr…
https://nostrnests.com for audio meetups and shows
https://habla.news for blogs (long form notes)
https://zapstr.live for podcasts and music ( some clients like snort.social have already integrated it for in feed media player)
https://highlighter.com to select, save and share text segments (soon to be extended to audio and more) (use https://highlighter.com/my to access Atlas)
There is more…
The beauty of Nostr is that it works on many layers, the dev community is constantly adding to the mix, we’re at the dream, build, test stage. Engage, share your ideas, help the hive shape it.
You need to find more people to follow…
