I'm not a dev but why is a thing in devs to make things look worse and remove features after some time ? Former version was the best nostr client of all by far.
As a dev, I always want to improve my app. But it's hard to determine what's needed or not... so just do it, collect feedback, and then improve again 😄.
Maybe I'm being a bit too hard ? But man I've been using mostly nostrudel for more than one year so maybe I took the cool for granted.
What part of it is a downgrade? Its been five months since I release the last version so I think I ended up making too many changes without getting feedback
I think the most downgrade thing is the reactions/emojis button, the window can't load all my favorite custom reaction packs as it's narrow and static. It also sacrificed favorite emojis for "frequently used".
I used to like how more control over Relays I had instead of everything fitted on "app relays", like inbox and outbox (this help a lot during bots times)
The feed used to look better and prettier before and it seems it takes more time than before to load stuff too now.
