I've had a great couple of days, a glimpse of hope on my recovery journey, I felt alive, productive. 😊

Today is a struggle. I'm back to battling just to move, and regular housework doesn't feel rewarding. ☁️

I could do with selecting a simple little job to do outside. 🌞🤔
