Isn't this just concentrated hydrocortisone?

I've never seen triamcinoline liquid OTC. Triamcinolone is deff an RX drug in America
Idk but yeah the doctor said I could easily buy it in the US
It's cheap, relatively affordable to purchase, but you still need an RX for it. It is not available OTC in America
