This one's pretty nice. It's got a motor that raises and lowers the desk to accommodate sitting and standing. Plus it's got built-in outlets. It's also available in black if that's your thing.

Really? I’m thinking 700 for wood too and rest for frame. Unrealistic?

That sounds like a custom job. Custom job, custom dollars. I'm not sure if there are any mass-produced, standing desks made of natural wood.

If you have the ability to make your own wood top and legs, you could probably buy a cheap desk and use that as the fondation for your customizations.
