Many breeds of the European rabbit are considered meat breeds, including new Zealand, Californian, satins, chinchillas, Flemish giants, etc

All of the rabbits around my house are all solid gray any idea what they could be?

What region are you in? If you are in eastern north america I'd say they are likely eastern cottontails.
