Yes, just not sure how long it will take or how to charge for large videos. If major content providers I can work with them directly, create a dedicated landing page for their videos, etc..

Maybe you can allow everyone to upload the video for let’s say 30 days.. but if they want it to persist longer then you issue a LN invoice so they chose for how long they want it to stay

Thinking three tiers; free small videos, cheap medium videos, dedicated hosting for content creators..
