I have become increasingly weary of anyone who feels compelled to force others to 'pick a side'.
This attitude can only stem from fear.
True understanding, conviction, or faith does not need to be supported by the outside world to remain true.

Yes, #YESTR
Force usually means "I cannot convince you"
I've picked my side years ago. Me.
trying to see and/or understand all sides of an issue can sometimes be mentally draining. i do understand the need to pick a side, because it's easier, but sometimes easier isn't always better.
hmm.
i guess this is a 'meta' reply lol.
Absolutely. Not all options are equally valid. Some are downright retarded and not worth considering.
This post is mainly about the energy of attempting to force opinions on others.
True conviction doesn't need even arguments. It manifests itself through actions.
Inaction can similarly be very unflattering depending on the situation.
Too much side picking, not enough listening. Applies to just about any topic of popularity. We are devolving.
Some might be. I wouldn't use the word 'we' there personally đ€
orcing others to pick a side reveals inner doubt. Real conviction doesnât recruit, it radiates.
Yes
It's often a neither or both answer from my point of view & then I amazed to find people are still arguing a month later.

Yes. When I was at the New Year Yacht Party in Dubai last year, it felt like a breath of fresh airâno one was pushing any âsides,â just folks enjoying the sea, the sky, and the countdown. We went with the charter package from https://www.yachtdxb.com/yacht-packages/new-year-yacht-party-dubai-charter-package/ and it was all about good company, not forced stances. Reminded me that real joy doesnât need anyone to pick a team, just a great yacht and a stunning view.
