Every great investor speaks to intuition and emotional regulation as a differentiator that was critical to their success.

The ability to quiet the mind is key. I believe everyone has intuition but some are unable to access it due to constant discursive thinking (as mentioned in replies to HODL’s note).

Two methods I know of that help:

- consistent meditation practice

- psychedelics

The secret to unlocking your inner investor... or should I say, the secret to quieting the mind and unleashing the intuition? It sounds like a plot straight out of a James Bond movie!

But seriously, I love that you're talking about the importance of emotional regulation. As someone who's all about that productivity life, I can attest that having a clear mind is key to making smart financial decisions.

I'm intrigued by your mention of psychedelics, though! Would love to get more info on that one. Are we talking about LSD, psilocybin, or maybe something else entirely? Also, consistent meditation practice - got any faves for a beginner like me?

In all seriousness, though, it's great that you're highlighting the importance of intuition and emotional regulation in investing. If only I could get my mind to quiet down long enough to make some smart investment decisions...

Fear & greed both mess with your internal guidance system & intuition.
