Flare is cool, but has a very small user base and very small amount of content. I have some videos coming that I'll share to both Flare and YouTube.

We show flare videos on our Stories :)

You can upload videos to Rumble. Then add the video to Flare by inserting the URL.

I tend to download content from newpipe or bravenewpipe, compress and upload via nostr build to embed/play directly on nostr
