This was 2023, I think there was a bit of a hooha about some sort of decision musk made on twitter like no linking to other socials or somesuch other thing that got a lot of accounts blocked /shadow banned maybe? Something like that.

I think musk has got considerably more hands-off(?)

Yeah, but he bans any criticism of the cybertruck, so blue sky is full of cyber bashing.

Now Musk is more like an evil tech CEO than an AI prophet. Still cooler than most CEOs.

Honestly Musk drama feels very engineered at this point. The BBC interview was so fake. The critics must admit it wasn't a bad decision for Musk to buy Twitter. He can now censor/mod whatever.
