I would personally argue that we are earlier than most people think, in the later stages of innovators/EARLY stages of early adopters.

I think people overestimate how far we’ve come because people that are already inside this thing hang out in internetforums all day, where they get exposed to many people exactly like them.

This creates echochambers of 1%’ers.

Back in the day, these 1%’ers rarely/never met eachother until things really took of.

In my circles in real life, i have not met ONE person that seems to get bitcoin and how it works in 3 whole years. Not ONE . And trust me i’ve looked.
